As Within, So Without

Ooofff! It has been ROUGH out there!!! Anyone else? 

The first three months of this year have been a really challenging time for me and my family. Not only did we face some unusual health challenges, but my normally loving & supportive family – started having some pretty nasty fights. Unpleasant self-truths surfaced that I had to sit with and digest from different perspectives. Old wounds and stories that I thought I had healed long ago, were brought back to the surface to be re-examined.  It was an unpleasant few months, but I tried to be honest with myself where I could. I was faced with some brutally hard inner work and I’m trying to grow and learn from the many lessons. 🥵

On a bigger scale, I swear it feels like we are living in two separate realities. Half of the country thinks they are right and cannot understand the other half. And it’s the same for the other side! 🙄 There is no middle ground, dialogue, or even a beginning to compromise, or want to understand. Everywhere we go, anywhere you look, the patriarchy is pushing fear and hate based agendas. 

So what gives? 

Well, for starters there have been some major planetary changes of late. Pluto entered Aquarius on November 19, 2024, and Neptune just entered Aries on March 30th. Each of which is a huge deal, and worthy of a their own dedicated posts. We just made it through a powerful eclipse season too! But… have you heard about all of the solar activity lately???☀️The Earth is being flooded with light right now, and it is going deep into the murky waters of our collective shadows.

Many of us feel that it really IS the beginning of time lines – or realities – splitting. Love vs. Fear. (I know what side I want to be on! ♥️😉) Consciousness is expanding in a profound and exciting way! The Earth is evolving out of the 3D!! The shift is happening!! A new 🌎 is being born!! 

All that is super exciting, but man!… the struggle is real!! 🥵

Many of humanity’s shadows are coming to the surface now – to be healed, to be transmuted – because they can’t be brought into the ‘love timeline’, or higher dimensions. And as all that 🤮 energy is being brought to our attention on a global scale, Spirit has been whispering: “As Within, So Without”. 

I never really understood that concept until recently. But then things at home got hard. I’ll be honest, the last few months I have lived in the fear timeline. My relationships have suffered for it too. I had to get pretty low to be shown just how out of alignment I was. 

Spirit showed me that as the Earth is dealing with its shadows, so must we. 

😕 

Yeah, that’s heard to hear.

But the more I sat with it, the more hope it gave me. I can’t control what happens out there, but I am in control of me. I can focus on my inner work, grow, and heal. And I can also learn to integrate other shadows. (Because let’s face it, I am never gonna be perfect!!☯️) But I can learn to accept my short comings, see myself as I truly am, & maybe – just maybe – soften those edges a little bit!! 😉

And there’s more!…. As we each deal with, and transmute our own 💩, we will help the Earth to deal with her shadows as well! By doing our inner work, we can help to make things a bit lighter on the grand scale as we make this timeline shift – or raise in consciousness – together! I don’t know about you, but that gives me a little bit more determination.💪

But it gets better!….. As we each heal, and learn to love & accept ourselves even more, we begin to see love and acceptance reflected back at us out there!! 🙂 It’s true what they say, “Where attention goes, energy flows.” Even during my most challenging days recently, I have either witnessed, or been a part of, several lovely interactions between strangers.

No one ever promised us easy. Judging others is easy. It takes some seriously badass alchemy to sit with your own darkness…. 

feel it…

examen it… 

and heal.

But, I guess when it comes down to it: Why should we expect the outside 🌎 to change and get better, if we can’t even do it ourselves??
